Beef Cheek

After the resounding success of our pork cheeks, Chef Brigade is now offering our new beef cheeks. Cooked sous-vide in its own juices, this product is literally in the process of stealing the show! Very tender, succulent and versatile, our beef cheeks can be served shredded, sliced or whole. One thing is certain though, you customers will adore them!

How to Prepare

  • Defrost the product in the bag;
  • The meat is already cooked, the product only has to be warmed up.
  • OVEN: Heat the oven at 375 °F (190 °C). Take the piece of meat out of the bag. Put them on a baking sheet in the center if the oven.Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • HOT WATER: Boil 1 litre of water in a saucepan. Put the bag into the boiling water for about 5 to 6 minutes, or until the product is very hot. Cut, open the bag, and take out the pieces of meat.
