Cut from the lamb shank for a generous portion of high-quality meat. Lightly seasoned with a few spices and cooked sous-vide for a long time, the lamb shank is an incredibly tender and tasty piece of meat.

Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (70°C/160°F) for 10-12 minutes.
    2. Steam oven: 10-12 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
    3. Conventional oven: 10-12 minutes at 175°C/350°F.
