Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- To serve pulled:
- Heat the bag in a water bath of simmering water (90°C/195°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Press on the bag to pull the beef. Open the bag, drain, and set the cooking juice aside.
- Incorporate some cooking juice back into the product until the desired texture is obtained.
