Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. To serve pulled:
    1. Heat the bag in a water bath of simmering water (90°C/195°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
    2. Press on the bag to pull the beef. Open the bag, drain, and set the cooking juice aside.
    3. Incorporate some cooking juice back into the product until the desired texture is obtained.
