Veal meatballs (30g) with parmesan cheese. Authentic taste, always moist and tender. Cooked sous-vide and ready-to-assemble. 100% veal. Seasoned with just salt and pepper for multiple uses.

Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (70°C/160°F) for 10-15 minutes.
    2. Steam oven: 10-15 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
    3. Conventional oven: 10-15 minutes at 200°C/400°F then broil to color.
    4. Frying pan: Sear and color.
