- Cook the product from frozen.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the breast from the packaging.
- Place the breast on a baking sheet and cook on the rack in the center of the oven for 30 to 35 minutes in a conventional oven. Cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
