Ingredients

Beef, water, tapioca starch, red wine (wine, salt, sulphites), beer, salt, onion powder, tomato powder, yeast extract, sugar, garlic powder, caramel powder, xanthan gum, spices.

Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (70°C/160°F) for around 10 minutes.
    2. Conventional oven: 15-20 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
    3. Frying pan: Sear and color, then reheat in a conventional oven for around 10 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
