Slow-Cooked Roast Beef

Cooked medium-well and seasoned with just salt and pepper with a beautiful pink color, this roast is exceptionally moist and tender. Easy to slice, it can be eaten either hot and cold. Weight of each roast varies. (Discard the cooking juices).

Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
    Warning: The cooking juices aren’t edible and must be discarded after opening the bag
  2. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (60°C/140°F) for approx. 40 minutes.
    2. Steam oven: 40 minutes at 60°C/140°F.
    3. Conventional oven: 45-60 minutes at 60°C/140°F then broil to color.
    4. Frying pan: Color the outside.
    5. Pour hot sauce over the cold slices.
