Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- While cold, cut the piece into the desired portion size.
- Reheat using the method of your choice:
- Conventional or Rational (dry heat mode) oven, around 15 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
- Non-stick pan: drain the cooking juice, then sear until the desired color is obtained.
