Add some confort to your food! Pork belly pieces with rind, simply seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked sous-vide at low temperature. 1 piece per bag, individual weight may vary (average of 520g).

Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. While cold, cut the piece into the desired portion size.
  3. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Conventional or Rational (dry heat mode) oven, around 15 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
    2. Non-stick pan: drain the cooking juice, then sear until the desired color is obtained.
