Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. To serve in chunks:
    1. Open the bag and break up into chunks while cold.
    2. Set the cooking juice aside for other uses.
    3. Incorporate the beef chunks into your recipe and reheat.
  3. To serve pulled:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (70°C/160°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
    2. Press on the bag to pull the chunks apart. Open the bag, drain, and set the cooking juice aside.
    3. Incorporate some cooking juice back into the product until the desired texture is obtained.
