A classic that will please everyone! Confit chicken legs delicately cooked sous-vide in duck fat and a flavorful seasoning of garlic and thyme. A perfect solution with a refined taste for all your menus, always cooked to perfection. Variable weight legs. Made from Quebec chicken.
2.5kg (± 10-12 units) per bag
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Open the bag carefully and arrange the legs on a cooking pan. Add the cooking juice.
- Warm up in a Rational or conventional oven at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes.
