Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Open the bag carefully and arrange the legs on a cooking pan. Add the cooking juice.
  3. Warm up in a Rational or conventional oven at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes.
