Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Open the bag and arrange the ballotines on a cooking sheet.
  3. Warm up in a convection oven at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the inside is hot.

To prepare from frozen:

  1. Open the bag and arrange the ballotines on a cooking sheet. The remaining ballotines can be kept in the freezer.
  2. Warm up in a convection oven at 200°C/400°F for 30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the inside is hot.

The product can also be served cold.
