Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Open the bag and arrange the ballotines on a cooking sheet.
- Warm up in a convection oven at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the inside is hot.
To prepare from frozen:
- Open the bag and arrange the ballotines on a cooking sheet. The remaining ballotines can be kept in the freezer.
- Warm up in a convection oven at 200°C/400°F for 30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the inside is hot.
The product can also be served cold.
