Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Open the bag carefully and place the portions on a baking pan.
- Reheat using the method of your choice:
- Steam oven: 10-15 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
- Top with sauce and reheat in a conventional oven 10-15 minutes at 175°C/350°F.
