Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Reheat using the method of your choice (Product could also be served cold) :
- Water bath : Put the bag in simmering water (90°C/195°F) for 15-20 minutes.
- Steam oven : 15-20 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
