- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Reheat using the method of your choice:
- Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (70°C/160°F) for around 10 minutes.
- Conventional oven: 15-20 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
- Frying pan: Sear and color, then reheat in a conventional oven for around 10 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
