Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Slice the product while cold, then reheat using the method of your choice:
- For a mellow texture : Rational or steam oven, 50% steam at 175°C/350°F for approx. 15 minutes.
- For a crispier texture : Conventional oven at 175°C/350°F for approx. 15 minutes.
