Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h..
- To pull, reheat in the bag:
- Rational oven: 100% steam mode, 10-15 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
- Water bath: 10-15 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
- To serve in slices, remove from the bag, slice cold then reheat:
- Conventional oven: 10-15 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
- Frying pan: Color at medium heat with a hint of olive oil.
