Seasoned pork backrib (pork, backrib seasonings, water, salt, spices), Memphis sauce (ketchup, water, maple syrup, whisky, liquid smoke, dehydrated onion, spices, modified corn starch, granulated garlic, caramel powder, xanthane gum, salt)

Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Take the ribs out of the bag and put it on a baking sheet.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the ribs.
- Reheat in a conventional oven for 15-20 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
