Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (60°C/140°F) for approx. 5 minutes.
    2. Steam oven: 5 minutes at 60°C/140°F.
    3. Frying pan: Sear and color.
