Preparation instructions
  1. Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
  2. Reheat using the method of your choice:
    1. Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (70°C/160°F) for approx. 15-20 minutes.
    2. Steam oven: 15-20 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
