Preparation instructions
- Cook the product from frozen.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the tournedos from its packaging.
- Place the tournedos on a baking sheet and cook on the middle rack of the oven for 30 to 40 minutes in a conventional oven. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
