Beef, Water, Textured vegetable protein (soy flour), Tapioca starch, Dried egg white, Salt, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Spices.

Preparation instructions
- Thaw in a cold room for around 24h.
- Reheat using the method of your choice:
- Water bath: Put the bag in simmering water (90°C/195°F) for 15-20 minutes.
- Steam oven: 15-20 minutes at 70°C/160°F.
- Conventional oven: 10-15 minutes at 200°C/400°F then broil to color.
- Frying pan: Sear and color.
