Ingredients

Puff pastry (wheat flour, margarine of canola oil, palm oil and modified palm oil, water, salt, l-cysteine hydrochloride, xylanase), Beef stuffing (seasoned cooked beef (salt, spices, herbs), water, mushroom, red wine, demi-glace sauce, modified corn starch, dehydrated onion, salt, garlic powder, spices, herbs, sulphites)

Contains: Milk, Wheat, Sulphites, Soy

Preparation instructions
  1. Prepare the product while still frozen.
  2. Remove the Wellington from the bag and put on a baking pan.
  3. Cook in a conventional oven on the middle rack at 200°C/400°F for 30-35 minutes (or 20-25 minutes for a convection oven). The product must reach an internal temperature of at least 74°C/165°F.
  4. Set aside for 3 minutes before serving.
